Effective February 1, 2025, Telligen will become the new vendor responsible for conducting Independent Assessment (IA) services for DC Medicaid’s Long-Term Care Support Services (LTSS) programs. This transition transfers all LTSS assessment functions to Telligen.

The scope of LTCSS assessments, Medicaid eligibility requirements, and existing workflows will remain unchanged. All current cases will transition seamlessly to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
